PetroReconcavo, in partnership with the National Service for Industrial Learning (SENAI), has an open enrollment period, until January 30th, to select candidates for the free course of Drilling Professionals, given in Bahia, in the regions of Alagoinhas, Catu, Mata de São João, and Pojuca; and in Rio Grande do Norte, in Mossoró.
With a duration of three months and a workload of 210 hours, the course will be given in three different shifts, morning, afternoon, and evening, and, upon completion, the students will receive qualification certificates issued by SENAI, and will also enter the talent bank of PetroReconcavo, one of the largest onshore oil and natural gas producing companies in Brazil.
According to the manager of People and Management, Enildes Lagos, the training course will also include practical classes. “The selected employees will be able to closely experience the operations with the opportunity to be in a learning environment. A great opportunity for those who want to improve themselves in the labor market,” she explains.
The selection process will go through two evaluation stages: eliminatory and classifying; as requirements, the candidates must be at least 18 years old, at the time of registration, and have completed high school. PetroReconcavo will offer transportation and meals to those selected.
