Contact Us is the communication channel between PetroRecôncavo and interested parties that are related to its activities, such as employees, suppliers, communities where the Company has operations, surface workers, union, government agencies
The objective is to facilitate people’s participation in the development of the Company’s management, by receiving and dealing with demands that are related to the performance of PetroRecôncavo, with independence, exemption and confidentiality.
The external demands service was created to improve communication for an effective response to the demands of surface owners, squatters, communities in general and government agencies related to PetroRecôncavo’s activities. The ombudsman channel was created to deal with internal and external complaints, complaints, suggestions, criticisms and compliments.
In the ombudsman channel there is also the option of making reports of irregularities about which you are aware and anonymity or confidentiality are guaranteed. Reports of complaints will be reported exclusively to the Company’s Board of Executive Officers.
